Students
We are preparing a series of playful workshops for students to help them discover what they enjoy, understand and develop skills, take responsibility and become leaders.
School through play - gamified workshops
We need to involve not only the gray cortex of the brain, but also the emotions of the students. Our workshop series is the heart of our program. Here, students discover their interests, develop skills and learn to be leaders. Workshops are linked to real challenges of the corporate world and business, which allows students to get to know the practical side of theory. We are bringing the Comenius School back to life with a game.
Focused on the needs of the 21st century
Thanks to the involvement of experts from business, science and education. We connect the workshops to the needs that the students will really need in their future application. With surgical precision, we analyze the current strengths and needs of Generation Z children and apply the knowledge to workshops in the form of a game.
It doesn't end with one game, it starts
Each program is followed by a series of practical challenges in a microlearning application that makes it easier for children to build new habits, the possibility of connecting to a specialized student community, mentoring, development materials and cutting-edge diagnostic tools that enable the perfect targeting of talents.
Mental toughness
With mental health experts, we incorporate elements of building mental resilience and self-care into all of our student programs. We guide students to be considerate and respectful of the needs of others. Students learn to overcome obstacles and manage failure as a natural part of growth.
Certification programs
We are working on obtaining an official license for our workshops. This certification will enable students to demonstrate their interest and knowledge of the given topic at an international level, which is a significant benefit for their future direction and self-confidence.
Our playful workshops for students
#Company of the future
Explore and understand how ESG can transform a successful company into an even more profitable one - with employees, community and sustainable strategies (ESG) in mind.
Together with managers, students help transform a thriving business into a company that creates a good working environment for people, behaves responsibly towards the community, its operation has a positive impact on the environment, and at the same time the company's products are more successful than before. The goal of the game is to enable young people to discover how they can help the evolution of companies with their ideas and an active approach. The task of managers is to understand the seriousness of young people's concerns about the planet, their ideas about the world of work, and to advocate for a change in the thinking of people in the companies they work for.
#Save the ZOO
Set goals as a team, get support for your project, plan it well and turn your student vision into reality together with the team. Learn to overcome obstacles and learn from difficult trials and situations.
How to make a ZOO is an experiential game for students aged 15-20 that guides them through the process from a dream to a successful project. The inspiration is the true story of the Prague Zoo. We are creating the game in a team with Petr Fejko, who helped move the Prague Zoo to the 4th best zoo in the world. Petr Fejk is a teacher by profession and returns to his beginnings. During the game, students learn to formulate their dreams as business plans, plan and manage a project, get support and solve problems. Join and learn how a ZOO is made!
#Life as orienteering
Explore the map of your life: meaning in life, values, strengths, obstacles and pitfalls, relationships and ability to learn and improve.
"Life as an orienteering run" is an experiential workshop based on a game that helps students plan their life path and realize their strengths. The analogy of life story and orienteering refers to the fact that both life and orienteering are full of changes, obstacles, hints and unexpected twists. Students learn to prepare for life by creating their own life map. Young people realize how to make better decisions in life, how to notice opportunities, learn from experiences and failures. They realize that in addition to a good, simple plan, you also need to be constantly prepared for change. The workshop is accompanied by elite orienteering runners who also act as coaches of successful teams. The philosophy of the game is based on Kahneman's book "Thinking Fast and Slow".
#Braveheart
Practice leadership skills based on responsibility, trust and standing together against obstacles.
Brave Heart is an intensive experiential workshop, based on the story of a young girl, that immerses you in the world of effective communication and people management. Through the game, which is a modern adaptation of the legendary story of William Wallace from Scotland, you will learn to clearly and comprehensibly explain tasks, check understanding, express support for the team or individuals, and effectively give and receive feedback. The workshop will also teach you how to encourage people in difficult situations. Get ready for an unforgettable experience that will equip you with the skills needed for successful leadership.
